The Summer Solstice in the northern hemisphere is June 21 this year. It will be our longest day of sunlight this year and represents the midway point of 2019. This is a great time to review the goals you set for 2019 and see how you’re progressing toward them.
If you are on track with those goals, then congratulations! Keep up the great work. If you have been fully executing on the Ninja Selling System, maybe you are even ahead of your goals for the year. Perhaps, you’re in a position where you may want to bump up your goal the remainder of 2019.
If you’re behind on your business goals, then start looking back at the weeks and months in your Ninja Planner and see if you were doing your Ninja Nine every week. If you see an area you need to correct, don’t condemn yourself, correct yourself and move forward. This can also be a great time to set up a meeting with an accountability partner or coach to help you review your business. You have six months left, and it’s only half time. You can do this!
How about other areas of your life? Have you been spending enough time with family and friends, building relationships with the most important people in your life? If you read the last sentence and immediately had that sinking feeling that you have not been spending enough time with a particular person, stop right now and call them to find a time to get together. Remember, the Summer Solstice only represents halftime for 2019. You still have six months to make 2019 your best year yet!
